Data collection
The survey data were collected in all participating states by the Ibn Khaldun Center for Research and Studies (IKCRS). The Observatory is grateful to Dr. Diab M. Al-Badayneh, who led the data collection across all the countries, and to his team in each country, who conducted the fieldwork.
Participants
Above all, the Observatory thanks the 1,861 residents who took part in the survey in the ten states below. The index is built on what they reported about reaching, using and experiencing public services, resources and opportunities.
Responsibility for the analysis and interpretation of the data rests with the Observatory.
