Tunisia records the highest values on both dimensions; Egypt records the lowest access (51.8) and Iraq the lowest experience (40.4). Divergence between the two dimensions is greatest in Yemen, with a mean absolute gap of 19.2 points, and smallest in Jordan (9.4).
